Jeanie Evans
According to her testimony, Jeanie Evans was an attendee of the revival. Born in 1902, she was either there as a small chilld or attended in the latter years of the mission.
She is buried at Miracle Valley, Arizona where Evangelist A. A. Allen established a faith community. The Miracle Valley website gives this information on Jeanie:
"She was a Church of God Evangelist (Cleveland, TN) for many years. During her time at Miracle Valley, Sister Evans was in charge of the Pool of Bethseda . The Pool of Bethseda was established by Rev. Allen as a "faith house." Sick people from all over the world would arrive at Miracle Valley, often by landing their airplanes at the Miracle Valley Airport , and then stay in the Pool of Bethseda where Sister Evans would teach them on the subject of Faith . Prayer and hymns were offered to the sick people as well. When their faith grew, they would be taken into the large tabernacle, up the ramp where Rev. Allen would offer prayer for them. Many of these individuals received a miracle and were instantly made whole of their sickness or disease."
